What to expect
This tour includes airport or hotel pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening. The tour will last for 8 hours starting from 9 am in the morning. You will be given an option to visit any 5 sites of your choice out of Delhi’s innumerable breathtaking sites which include the iconic 73-meter tall Qutab Minar, the largest mosque of Delhi – Jama Masjid, mausoleum of the famous emperor Humayun – Humayun’s tomb, India gate – an iconic war memorial in the heart of Delhi, the intricately carved Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple – considered to be one of the most visited buildings in the world, one of the most magnificent monuments of Delhi – The Red Fort, one of the oldest forts of Delhi – The Old Fort, Raj Ghat – the place where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, or the bustling markets of Chandni Chowk – which is situated in Old Delhi where you can buy souvenirs and get the taste of some exotic local cuisine . You will also enjoy a drive through the President’s House, Parliament House and Connaught Place. Also included is lunch which will be at an Indian house with a variety of Indian food on offer to give you an insight into the Indian culture. You could have lunch at an Indian restaurant of your choice out of the options available.
